Infocap Library: The Filmed in San Gabriel, Cajon del Maipo

The Library Network Infocap in Camps is composed by a set of libraries built and specially equipped for the promotion of reading and cultural development in camps. All are managed by a resident of the camp, "specially trained" loan manager and promotion of books and the organization of cultural activities within the community.

On the one hand, the promotion of reading to allow us to enhance or improve the quality of education, aimed at both children and adults to complete their schooling and develop personal growth in educational and intellectual level. On the other hand, libraries are intended as a focus or cultural center that will integrate or near the camp inhabitants to more recent artistic expressions and rescue as well, local expressions that may exist among its inhabitants. To that end, next to the library we contact a group of university volunteers to take-along to the Library Manager-the role of cultural managers responsible for cultural activities within the community.
