What Does The Mississippiriver Looklike

AN OVERVIEW-color touch-HUANCABAMBA

Everything comes to an end!
With blood, sweat and tears but also joy and teamwork.
positive and negative aspects but always in the mood to move forward and deal with difficulties, because if it was easy would not have been fun!
We show the result of our work, which mostly have learned, and we did it with love, with its flaws and virtues.
A panoramic view of the whole which still remained to paint the multipurpose room.
The perspective from access to the alfalfa in front and hills in the background.
Access to the top through the veneer stone ramp.
A view of the central top area with outdoor furniture and distribution paths represent the branches of a tree. In the background red, module 1 module and green toilets.
Some technical aspects:
- The color white was chosen to give more light both inside and outside the complex. Sockets and nose tongs were painted with different colors to differentiate functional modules.
The process followed was:
- was expected at least 30 days before painting to dry without finishing cement.
- the walls are sanded.
- apply two coats of primer that serves as base prior to painting.
- Fixed the points necessary to paste wall and turned to sand the wall.
- We applied two coats of acrylic resin-based (water resistant and washable)
- The baseboards were painted with oil enamel-mate for his special water resistance.

critical reflection

HUANCABAMBA , has a population of 120000 inhabitants. has 8 districts (Huarmaca Canchaque, San Miguel del acacia, Lalaquiz, Huancabamba Sondor Sondorillo and Carmen de la Frontera), which in turn are made up of hamlets and / or Rural Communities, sparsely distributed.

PROBLEM

Economy:

The main activity is agriculture and livestock but with very low levels of productivity.

Low living standards:

Huancabamba is at the top of extreme poverty with very high rates of infant and maternal mortality, chronic malnutrition than 70% of children under 4 years.

Education:

With an illiteracy rate exceeding 45%.

Housing and infrastructure services:

Over 90% of households lack drinking water, sanitation, waste disposal and electrical system.

Geographical inaccessibility:

Poor road infrastructure means that the 270km distance to the city of Piura take more than 8h. The population living in rural communities takes several hours on foot to travel to the city of Hbba and services.

Violence against women:

have high rates of family violence, physical abuse, sexual and psychological, with the aggravating factor that few dare to denounce this situation.

Public administration:

The failure of Social and Economic Policy as well as suffer from insufficient quality and warmth.

State's existing programs such as the Together program, so that the poorest families with children receive S/100 per month (about 25 euros) or Vaso de Leche Program in which primary school children receive a glass of milk a day do nothing but perpetuate a situation where instead of promoting development is at the very welfare. Fortunately

FREE AREA
Something had to do with the space a lot, so with few resources and a little imagination ...
The idea was to use local materials, they posed little investment, so what better than we had rocks in the river next to the stone veneer on the trails, so we avoid smearing when it rains.

designed around paths in the form of tree branches coming out from the ramp level superior. The idea is that if in future vegetation would be planted and the foliage of the tree.

The guayaquil, very abundant in the area, we use it to the railing of the ramp and gave him a finishing glaze. The street furniture based on eucalyptus and cherry tree trunks.

Better late than never! Well, III Construction Training Day was the 26th of October, so a little late to introduce it into the blog.

people's interest, the desire to learn is the best reward for our work. He was also a success and many people who attended the II repeated. Also on this day took enough workers but on Sunday is their only day off.
In the morning we made the theoretical part in the so-called student cafeteria.

Registration. The farmers have to walk hours to get from their villages to the city.

A very interested audience. Although one of them was more concerned about okay in the picture! je, je

Then we move up the work where we enjoyed a delicious lunch prepared by Lorenza, the cook of the work.

In the work we carry out the practical explanation where everyone made their observations.

funny thing was when we show the mounting system in which everyone wanted to participate.
